Where do you ship to?

Currently we are only selling within Guernsey, Channel Islands.

However we are very close to being able to ship to the UK and Jersey.

We are in the process of completiting documentation for us to legally be able to send our Bath & Body products over seas.

How long will my order take?

We aim for 3-5 business working days (local delivery). This not not include weekends and bank holidays.

If you choose collection for your order, you may recieve your collection email sooner.

If you have a custom order which requires special delivery with a nominated day and time, please contact us first.

If you order any personalised item(s), please expect to wait up to 7 working days for this.

We aim to get everything done as soon as possible so you aren't waiting long, however delays may occur depending on the season.

What are your shipping rates?

How 'handmade' are you?

We are passionate about knowing what goes in all of our products along with what benefits each ingredient has. Therefore we are handmade as you can get!

From start to finish, everything that can be made in house, is made in house! Absolutely no products which we sell are wholesaled in, or bought from another supplier.

How can I find out more about products?

All of our products have an in-depth description per listing, along with the ingredient list which is also found on the labels.

Are you qualified?

Absolutely! Melt & Glow is backed up with 4 years of cosmetology education which can supported with our certification! This is why you can trust us with your products. We have extensive knowledge of skin, contra-indications/actions, how our products can benefit and improve your skin along with your self esteem. Along the way we have learnt how feeling good in the skin you're in can massively boost your overall mood and mental health.

All of our products have been cosmetically assessed, meaning every formulation that goes on your skin has been tested by a pharmacy who specialises in skin and cosmetics. We have recently been accepted to be a member of Guild of Craft, Soap & Toiletry Makers. This is a company who has seen out licenses and have given us certification to prove we are legit.

Melt & Glow will only produce the best with months of testing. If we are not happy, we will not sell until we are 100%

Are your products cruelty free?


We are 1 billion percent against anything that may harm fur babies.

When we were looking for our assesor, one of our top priorities were to find someone cruelty free. We found them and have stuck with them ever since, they were able to provide us with all the documentation of proof which goes all the way back to when ingredients were sourced. All of which shows they have not come in contact with any animals along the way.

All cosmetic lab testing is STRICTLY cruelty free, NOT tested on animals and only on ourselves!!!

We will continue to stand strong against animal cruelty!

Are your products Vegan?


This is another promise we have had since day 1, we want to be inclusive to everyone and you shouldn't have to worry about nasties.

P.s... even our sticker paper we use to make out labels are vegan friendly!!

I have sensitive skin, can I still use Melt & Glow?

Absolutely, however we always recommend to do a patch test before use.

We suffer from sensitive skins ourselves, which include conditions such as contact dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis and we have had nothing but positive results.

We have gone from using multiple known "sensitive skin friendly" products where we've had reactions to only Melt & Glow and our skin has never been better.

So you know if we use it, then you can trust it!

Our products contain no parabens or MPG. All are mild formulations and moisturising as they are rich in glycerin.

Some of our products do not contains allergens, you can check this in the product description. Or if you require further help with this, please contact us!

How long do Melt & Glow products last?

We advise to use your products within 12 months for best results.

Fragrances can weaken over time if open to air.

I was a Site Member, what happened to my account?

Your account is still active!

When we redesigned the website, we started fresh so sadly we lost all the Site Members.

We were only able to migrate the contacts over.

However, what we have done is manually add anyone who was a Site Member on the other Melt & Glow website, making sure all information is safe and GDPR compliant.

This means, all you need to do is sign back up with the email you used on the other account and you will find all of your points.

You will most likely have to re-upload your profile picture and check through any information which you may want to add back on. (we do not have access to this).

We did send everyone a email prompt with a password reset link, but we understand some emails go to junk spam.

If you do need help, please do ask as we are more than happy to walk you through.

What do you mean by blends?

Blending two oils together.

This is highly dangerous, can be toxic and a fire hazard.

If we wanted to create our own "blend" this would have to be done via the correct companies, this is where they would recalculate and formulate to become 100% safe.

We ONLY use one oil neat per product. We buy the most luxurious fragrances on the oils, so you may see 'Strawberry & Rhubarb', this is ONE oil.

All our oils we use come with legal SDS documentation. ANY product you receieve from us will have either a CLP label on or a allegern (Bath & Body).. This is required by law.
